Job Description

*2 month contract position with opportunity for extension*

External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Strong organizational skills.

Schedule and Duties:
1 position for Sun 0900-1900, Monday 0830-1900 Tues 0830-1900 Wed Off Thurs Off Fri 1000-1900 Sat Off – 2nd position for Mon- Fri 1100-1900 Individual will be responsible for answering phone, scheduling with clients, assigning calls to techs, Updating service work orders at different stages, Closing off work orders, Following up on work orders, ensuring calls are scheduled to meet service level agreements

Pay Rate: $14.58 per hour
