Staff Pharmacist – Story Tale Town (Northern Ontario)

Payscale:  54.00/hour

Hours:  40 (Hourly)

Benefits:  Dental, Vision, Drug (Negotiable Plans also available).

We have a great team here that is looking to meet a solid person to join us as Staff Pharmacist.  Our patients are local and also from rural areas.  You will be expected to fill and dispense prescriptions, offer any appropriate professional services, work as a team member and share daily pharmacy responsibilities, and have a great personality with a heart for people!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Compounding and dispensing prescribed medications Assist on leading a successful team and able to handle stress.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers and healthcare providers
Checking prescriptions for proper dosage
Acting as an advisor to all customers
Maintaining medical profiles
Coordinating clinical investigations
Evaluating all labeling, packaging and advertising of drug

Candidate Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in Canada
Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy
Pharmacy Examining Boards of Canada certificate
Proficient skills with pharmacy operating systems
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent organizational skills Ability to work well with others in team environment
Flexible: some evenings/weekend shifts
Injection certified
