Job Description

The Job Window is looking for a success-driven individual to fill a full-time Entry Level Event Marketing and Sales Associate position to help promote various consumer products during on-going roadshow events for major national and international clients. The associate will be working at an individual station inside designated big-box retail stores the majority of the time interacting with customers by demonstrating, representing, marketing, and selling new up-and-coming products. They will also participate in regular office meetings and be involved in planning and executing different marketing strategies catered to big and small clients’ needs.

Specific on-site event duties include:

  • Marketing and driving sales for different product brands.
  • Performing on-site product demonstrations for brands to market featured products and close sales.
  • Interacting with customers and perform customer service duties.
  • Set-up work station at the big-boxed retail store, make sure it is presentable and visually appealing in order to attract customer.

Specific office duties include:

  • Plan and execute different ideas and strategies on how to market different products that cater to the clients’ needs leading up to the road show events.
  • Keep updated with new product knowledge and client acquisitions in order to successfully drive sales and achieve company goals.
  • Attend employee meetings and discuss overall company goals and sales performance.

No experience is required for this position. Full training is provided for all new entry level candidates in order to develop the candidate’s product knowledge as well as to be successful at the position. The Entry Level Event Marketing and Sales Associate will be reporting to the assistant manager as well as Pure Octane Talent’s owner regarding marketing ideas and strategies, client interaction, client products, and employee performance.
