You have a proven track record of exceeding your sales quotas and smashing KPIs in a "hunter" outside sales role. Your strong technical knowledge, salesmanship, and ability to balance competing priorities will help you deliver an exceptional customer experience and always develop the right temporary power and equipment solutions for our customers. YOU WILL * Continually strive to better our competitive advantage of delivering high quality rental and sale products by providing rapid response, high touch and high care service * Hunt for new opportunities as well as grow our existing customer base with qualified customers, actively participating and undertaking effective sales efforts at trade shows and events * Collaborate with our team of highly technical Inside Sales Representatives to design and win projects * Provide detailed and timely project requirements and related required rental terms and conditions so that project managers and inside sales and coordinators can develop accurate quotations to provide the right solution to customers * Ensure pricing structure for equipment and services is accurate and reflects company policies on rates structures in place * Maintain lasting and trusting relationships with suppliers, customer and contractors YOU HAVE * Proven experience exceeding sales quotas and smashing KPIs in a "hunter" sales role * Knowledge & experience with high (above 750Volts) and low voltage transformation, distribution, protection, automatic starting equipment, generators, and power line systems and their related testing and installation methods is an asset * Experience with ERP (SAP) & CRM (Salesforce) software is an asset * Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours * Must possess and maintain a Driver’s License, valid in ON * Certified Electrical Journeyman considered an asset WHY WORK FOR US?
