Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Key Account Sales Manager in Mississauga, Ontario who will manage accounts within the transportation and logistics market segment – this segment is booming as customers need our weighing instrumentation to help with efficiency, optimizing warehouse space and adapting to dimensional weight tariff requirements. As a Key Account Sales Manager for Mettler Toledo, you will manage existing strategic relationships with our largest accounts, and you will sell our weighing and dimensioning solutions into new customers within the transportation and logistics market.

You Have:

  • Worked in sales and account management with at least 5 years of related experience, preferably within the transportation and logistics industry
  • Sales and/or marketing experience managing channel strategies and key account relationships
  • Established yourself as a trusted thought leader in a related field by analyzing customer problems, mastering product knowledge, and differentiating from the competition
  • A BS or BA in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in parcel carrier, warehouse management, logistics, bar code, camera, or conveyor technologies
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to create trust with customers and cooperation with senior management, third-party vendors and subcontractors
  • Developed annual sales and key account management plans and actively managed to those plans throughout the year
