Administrative Assistant

AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years!

We are active in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.

A typical day?

• Manage the VP sales & Operations schedule.
• Manage and update data related to employee files, including payroll
• Inform employees about the company’s programs, policies and procedures and answer their questions
• Write contracts and create employee records and save them to the payroll system
• Register employees for group insurance if applicable
• Maintenance of the employee database
• Coordinate validations and knowledge of candidates
• Coordinate badges requests from our different customers
• Any other related administrative tasks
• Apply the QSM
• Respect processes and procedures and instructions
• Proceed to the application and tracking of customers constrains and corrective/preventives action
• Contribute to the achievement of set objectives

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12 minimum completed
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support position
• Ability to evolve quickly and easily in a computerized environment
• Good communication and personal relations skills as well as a desire to provide a good customer service within the company
• Ability to organize, effectively manage priorities and work simultaneously on multiple files
• Demonstrate discretion and professionalism and respect confidentiality in the performance of duties
• Experimented user (5yrs) of MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Bilingualism (French – English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
