Busch Vacuum Technics Inc. is currently looking for an EXTERNAL SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team in Mississauga. The individual will be responsible for the coordination of activities and all documentation related to the field service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Coordinate and schedule with customers the visits of external technicians in the Ontario territory, according to the availability of technicians, customers and contract requirements.
  • Prepare submissions for service calls and contracts, enter data provided by technicians to complete work orders and open and close work orders.
  • Follow up on parts (requisition, inventory transfers) for the execution of service calls and contracts.
  • Maintain and file all documents related to the external service: work orders, submissions, cost calculations, etc.
  • Conducting telemarketing activities to promote the external service.
  • Write/transmit selected departmental communications and reports.
  • Promote and encourage a positive attitude for all team members.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in secretarial or office automation
  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position or in customer service.
  • 2-3 years experience coordinating a service or technical team.


SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to work with a computer and fluency with Office Suite. Knowledge of CRM is an asset.
  • Performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, initiative, teamwork and autonomy as well as a sense of responsibility.
