To support the growth of the company, we are looking for a new Sales Support Specialist. Working in a bilingual environment, the Sales Support Specialist will provide vital support to the company sales team and reports directly to the Sales Support Manager. This position will be responsible for handling customers’ requirements from the initial order to the final delivery of their products, help customers with complaints and questions and provide information about products and services. Included will be various other functions within the sales department. This role will work in conjunction with all departments within our company.


  • Receive incoming calls
  • Responsible for accurately processing orders according to procedures in place
  • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation when needed
  • Responsible of local logistics from our warehouses
  • Responsible of providing delivery instructions for all orders.
  • Enter Business partners and supplier of services invoices in the accounting system.
  • Create, update and maintain customer profiles and records in the CRM
  • Support Sales team and act as a source of information
  • Receive, log and Handling/assist QA Manager with customer complaints, following BRC policy standards, responsible for organizing product return/exchange and credit notes
  • Responsible of customer documentation requests
  • Helping to build and maintain good, strong and professional relationships with our customers
  • Providing or generating customs documentation
  • Verification of the certificat of analysis

3-5+ years related experience in a sales support role and/or customer service.

  • Perfectly Bilingual ( English/ French) both orally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail with good organization and time management skills.
  • Client management skills, communicated clearly and appropriately with clients and team members orally and in writing
  • Proficient computer skills are required to keep accurate records of data and customer profiles.
  • Sage software and CRM knowledge or experience would be a definite asset.
  • Proficient in applications including Microsoft Office™ software, strong Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to company growth.
  • Logistics and purchasing knowledge would be an asset.
  • Accounts payable/Accounts receivable a definite asset.
