Light Picker / Packer – Seasonal

Adecco is hiring temporary several full-Time Seasonal Light Picker/Packers in Mississauga, ON! Our client is recognized as one of the world’s leading logistics companies in eCommerce operations. As a Picker/Packer you play a crucial role in warehouse operations by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This is a seasonal position starting the end of October. To be eligible for this position you must be available for weekend shifts, also around black Friday. Both day and afternoon shift options available!

• Pay rate: Up to $18.50 per hour

• Start date: end of October

• Location: 6100 Freemont Blvd (Transit Accessible)

• Shifts: Monday – Friday ( weekends as needed)

• Day Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm, OR 9:00am – 5:30pm OR 10:00am -6:00pm

• Afternoons Shifts: 12:00pm-8.30pm OR 3:30pm-11:00am, OR 4:30/5.30pm-1:00am

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time | Seasonal

Light Picker/Packer Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing of production orders with a picking cart, use of RF Scanner required

• Consists of putting the product that the pickers have picked into their designated bins

• Preparing orders for shipment

• Scanning bins and packaging items for orders to be sent out

• Follow all safety procedures and practices

• Other tasks assigned by lead head/supervisor

Light Picker/Packer Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience of 3 months or more is required

• Previous experience using RF scanner not required but will be considered an asset

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, consistently bending, and being able to pull carts and lift up to 25lbs

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Availability to work weekends as needed

• Available for scheduling around black Friday
