Bilingual Marketing Communications Associate

Reynolds and Reynolds (Canada) Ltd.

This is a Contract position in Mississauga, ON posted September 11, 2023.

Position description:

As a Marketing Communications Associate you will be responsible for the development and coordination of communications, sales tools, collateral, websites, and integrated campaigns used for corporate branding of Reynolds and Reynolds solutions in both English and French. You will work closely with the Sales and Product Planning departments, as well as other internal teams, to develop and produce customer-facing marketing communications and other materials to support businesses goals. The Marketing Communications Associate will promote products, services as well as develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns related to the successful launch of new solutions. We are seeking a bilingual representative to help support marketing our solutions in English and French.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Coordinate design, content and production of communication projects
– Ability to multi task and handle several projects simultaneously
– Monitor individual work load and prioritize responsibilities

Working Conditions:
– Repetitive office tasks (computer usage)
– Sit/stand in an assigned office space for an 8 hour shift
– May be asked to pick up/push/pull/carry bag or device up to 20 lbs. to assist in setting up training and to work on hardware devices

Requirements:

  • Proficient with various computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
  • Ability to travel to the United States
  • College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinking
  • Fluent in French and English required
