Business Development Manager (Logistics)

The main tasks:

• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and attracting new business.
• Generate new business by offering tailored solutions to a variety of customers.
• Collaborate with new and existing customers understanding their business needs and developing right range of transportation solutions.
• Lead the process from the first point of contact until closing.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and customer drivers to design sales strategy.
• Meet with management and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Carry out any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in business development of LTL logistics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track pipeline.

• A strategic thinker with deep understanding of air and ocean logistics industry, market dynamics and customer needs.
