What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
  • Collaborating with regional sales team consultatively with client/stakeholders. Helping them to envision the possibility of mobility
  • Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions
  • Educate on and facilitate SOTI solutions that can effectively address both business and technical outcomes
  • Present the solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers
  • Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues & generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature request)
  • Respond to RFPs and take ownership of the RFP process and work with a cross functional team
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SOTI products and assist other sales engineers
  • Analyze SOTI's market segment (industry knowledge) and provide recommendations to the sales team
  • Assist new partners with onboarding and provide continuous development for them to raise their level
  • Contribute to Partner QBRs
  • Take the technical lead on corporate Trade Shows & Webinars
  • Lead execution of internal team projects and initiatives

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience. With Experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS
  • Minimum of 3 years Prior experience working as a pre-sales / sales engineer
  • Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives
  • Strong Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge with Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, certificate authorities and identity management systems
  • Strong understanding and experience with Databases (i.e. MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Good understanding and/or knowledge of business processes
  • Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (i.e. Java Scripting, HTML, etc.)
  • Understanding with containerization and virtualization
  • Work autonomous with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs

Nice to have

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) – Exchange or equivalent experience
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • Android Enterprise professional
  • Any formal sales training – Value Selling, SPIN, miller Heiman
  • Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing
  • Experience with customer service / Incident management software
  • Multilingual capabilities
