Your future duties and responsibilities:

The role will require communication and interaction with multiple internal/external clients and teams supporting the delivery of all services.

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact and consultant for client service delivery;
•Responsible for delivery of contracted services to clients of a large account or a group of
accounts to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) as defined in the relevant contracts are met;
• Responsible for quality of services, adherence to service level agreement (SLA) and
profitability of all operations services delivered under the SLA;
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and participates in client meetings regarding
performance to ensure client satisfaction;
• Ensures that operational teams maintain a clear understanding of the client’s needs, and provides day-to-day client advice and support;
• Ensures that implementations of changes or new initiatives are delivered on time and meet
client requirements by maintaining tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget;
• Verify that all processes and methodologies are followed as specified and ensures that effective monitoring and controls are in place to support the Client Delivery;
• Promotes the CGI capabilities to clients, identifies sales opportunities to be forwarded to the
Sales & Client Delivery Leader, and works to achieve contract extension or to win additional
business within the account(s);
• Ensure that CGI is in compliance with the contract with our delivery model;

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Essential Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years+ of relevant client engagement or service delivery experience preferably within an IT consulting environment.
• University degree or college diploma in Business/Technology or Project Management
• Knowledge of Enterprise level Tier 1 services & Cyber Security Operations
• Effective business communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team using collaborative tools
• Ability to manage multiple engagements effectively
• Fully demonstrate understanding and emulate ITIL framework of Operations

Desired Qualifications:
• Security Certified – CISM/CISSP
• Knowledge or experience in Cloud, i.e., GCP, Azure or AWS
• ITILv4 Certification is considered an asset
