Their shared mission is to provide a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life experience for seniors, to provide peace of mind for their residents’ loved ones and to attract and retain employees who care about making a difference.What you’ll be doingAs a Technical Delivery Manager / Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), you will oversee the design, development, administration, and support of all EPM technologies within the organization.  * Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)* Oracle Hyperion Planning* Adobe Sign* Diligent Board* Legisway EssentialsThis role will report to the Senior Director, Information Systems and will utilize his/her unique combination of business process knowledge and solid IT technical background to maintain, develop and deliver responsive, secure, and reliable applications within the EPM portfolio, supported with a high standard of customer service.The client is embarking on a project to replace its legacy on premises Hyperion platform with a cloud-based solution and is currently researching both the Oracle EPBCS and OneStream platforms. The Technical Delivery Manager, EPM will work very closely with business partners in the Strategic Planning and Decision Support teams and lead the project to select and build their new environment over a 2-year project.Practically speaking you will:* Manage and administer Essbase database supporting an Oracle Hyperion Planning implementation, including day-to-day activities such as monitoring Data Loads and Calculation jobs.* Analyze the current environment and processes to drive improvements to system availability and performance.* Provide assistance to the project team implementing the planning and budgeting processes including development work as required to meet deliverables.* Execute the routines and processes necessary to support the Actual, Budget, Plan and Forecast processes.* Solution the design and delivery of end-to-end Hyperion Planning solutions including dimension design and planning application deployment.* Design and develop dimensions members which include dynamic calculations and member formulas* Assist in designing and developing robust data forms to enter budget and forecast data.* Develop complex Business Rules in Planning, develop Calculation scripts and data load rules in Essbase* Develop functional specifications and work with technical resources to complete object development, testing and final implementation.* Coordinate user requirements and acceptance testing.* Develop and test minor system enhancements and coordinate the delivery of future major system enhancements with key vendor teams.* Evaluate logical views, data hierarchies and reporting structures, providing alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality.* Manage request prioritization.* Adhere to production support processes and implementation change management procedures related processes in completing assignments.* Maintain system and user documentation.* Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Hyperion Planning /Essbase API calls with Standard Excel VBA scripts Budget and Planning.* Assist the finance team in the annual budget and forecast processes, maintaining, and enhancing current cubes and process flows.* Build and enhance business formulas.* Develop and support ETL from ERP (Yardi) and other applications.* Assist with the development of annual budgets as it relates to EPM systems.* Manage allocation, utilization, and direction of Hyperion resources.* Provide subject matter expertise to internal Hyperion projects.* Participate in or provide supporting data in support of external and internal audits, as required* Developing SOP’s and documentation and ensuring existing documentation is up to date and organized* Staying abreast of emerging technologies. Professional skills* Demonstrated project management and/or development lifecycle expertise* Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis* Strong background in OLAP system and performance tuning* Relational database experience required.* The ability to work independently, be proactive and self-sufficient is key* Strong team player* Aptitude towards systems and process improvements and re-engineering* Ability to absorb and retain information quickly* Process improvement and/or automation experience in the planning area is an asset* Good verbal and written communicator* Ability to communicate effectively with the end-users* Excellent interpersonal communications and the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly format* Good people-management skills* Excellent creative and analytical skills* Well-developed organization skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite* Bilingualism (English / Functional French) is an assetQualifications* 6 + years Hyperion, Planning and Essbase experience required* Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or analysis required* University degree in a relevant field of study* ITIL certification or applied knowledge, an asset Special Requirements* Availability to work non-standard hours, and be flexible concerning workdays* Irregular work hours required during peak deliverable periods* Criminal background check  Your ApplicationWe value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply.
