*Key Responsibilities*The role will develop strategy, as well as lead and support multiple initiatives including:* Human Resources* Providing HR guidance on complex issues – from recruitment to staff relations and performance management.* Recruitment of new team members a this is very important to us and a key focus for the next few months.
